§ 1

Cookies files

 

  1. The Administrator's service uses "cookies" files. Failure to change browser settings on the Reader's side is equivalent to giving consent to their use. They are short text information stored on the computer, phone, tablet, or other user's device. They can be read by the Administrator and by systems of other entities whose services are used (e.g., Facebook, Google). Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time of storing them on the end device, and a unique number.   2. Cookies used on the website do not store personal data or any other information collected from the Reader. The service uses cookies to identify the browser session, which enables the use of the service's functions. Using "cookies" techniques does not allow obtaining any personal or address data of the Reader or any confidential information from their computer.
  3. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
    • ensuring service security and preventing fraud,
    • facilitating website performance,
    • registering visits for marketing and statistical purposes,
    • using social media functions and services,
    • statistical data,
    • marketing and advertising,
    • multimedia services used by the Administrator and external services,
    • logging into the Administrator's service,

    • cookies files can also be used and placed by partners cooperating with the Administrator - in such cases, they are subject to the cookie policies or privacy policies of the entities that place them.
  4. The service uses the following types of cookies:
    • Internal cookies - files placed and read from the User's Device by the IT system of the Service.
    • External cookies - files placed and read from the User's Device by IT systems of external Services.
    • Session cookies - files placed and read from the User's Device by the Service or external Services during one session of the given Device. After the session is completed, the files are deleted from the User's Device.
    • Persistent cookies - files placed and read from the User's Device by the Service or external Services until they are manually deleted. The files are not deleted automatically after the Device's session unless the User's Device configuration is set to delete cookie files after the Device's session ends.

  1. Storage and reading mechanisms - Cookies storage and reading mechanisms do not allow obtaining any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device.
  2. Internal cookies - The Internal Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the Users' Devices.
  3. External cookies - The Administrator is not responsible for the security of Cookie files from Service partners. The list of partners is provided in the further part of the Cookie Policy.

The service operates in this area based on a legitimate interest, consisting of creating statistics and analyzing them to optimize the website (Service). Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager automatically collect information about your use of the Service. The information collected in this way is most often transferred to servers in the United States and stored there.
  3. Sales Manago
    The Administrator uses the Sales Manago platform, provided by Benhauer Sp. z o.o., ul. Grzegórzecka 21, 31-532 Kraków, for marketing automation purposes. The Sales Manago platform is a tool for email marketing and managing online campaigns. It helps create targeted subscriber lists, send newsletters, video emails, and follow-up campaigns, landing pages, as well as obtaining statistical data and analyses related to marketing automation.   4. Nazwa.pl
    The Administrator uses website hosting provided by nazwa.pl. As part of the cooperation, the Administrator has access to the Service statistics to optimize traffic and adapt the website's performance.   5. Facebook Pixel
    The Administrator uses marketing tools available within the Facebook service provided by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave. Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. Through these tools, the Service directs tailored ads on Facebook. To target personalized ads based on your behavior, the Administrator has implemented the Facebook Pixel on the Service, which automatically collects information about your use of the Service in terms of viewed pages. The information collected in this way is most often transferred to Facebook servers in the United States and stored there. The information collected through Facebook Pixel is anonymous, meaning it does not allow for your identification. You can also manage your privacy settings from your Facebook account. As Facebook Inc. is based in the USA and uses technical infrastructure located in the USA, it has joined the EU-US Privacy Shield program to provide an adequate level of data protection required by European regulations. Under the agreement between the USA and the European Commission, the latter has recognized an adequate level of data protection for companies with a Privacy Shield certificate. Through cookie settings available on the website, you can decide whether you consent to the use of Facebook Pixel in your case or not.
  6. Social media tools
    The Service uses social media plugins and other social media tools provided by social media services such as Facebook, Google, LinkedIn. When displaying a website containing such a plugin, your browser will establish a direct connection to the servers of social media service providers (providers). The content of the plugin is transmitted directly from the provider to your browser and integrated into the website. Thanks to this integration, providers receive information that your browser has displayed our Service, even if you do not have a profile with the provider or are not currently logged in to it. This information (along with your IP address) is sent directly to the provider's server (some servers are located in the USA) and stored there. If you are logged in to one of the social media services, the provider will be able to directly assign your visit to our Service to your profile on that social media service. If you use a particular plugin, such as clicking the "Like" or "Share" button, the relevant information will also be sent directly to the provider's server and stored there. In addition, this information will be published on the relevant social media service and displayed to people added to your contacts.

Profiling - automated
personal data processing

 

  1. According to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), "profiling" means any form of automated processing of personal data, which involves using personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person, in particular to analyze or predict aspects concerning that person's work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location, or movements.
  2. As the Administrator of personal data, we use profiling extensively. Our automated computer algorithms select the target group for a specific marketing campaign. This happens based on various information we possess, such as gender, address, information about activity on individual websites, or age (or age range) and declared income. Thanks to these mechanisms, we can fulfill the received orders as accurately as possible and with the least inconvenience for the recipients, and carry out our activities.
  3. If a specific campaign involves granting a selected target group a discount on services or inviting them to use an offer dedicated to that group (e.g., a special discount on a specific service for a specific location), automated decisions based on profiling within the meaning of the GDPR will be made in such a case.

Final provisions

 

  1. The Administrator uses technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed personal data appropriate to the risks and categories of data covered by the protection, in particular securing data against unauthorized access, acquisition by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of applicable laws, as well as change, loss, damage, or destruction.
  2. The Administrator provides technical means to prevent the acquisition and modification of personal data transmitted electronically by unauthorized persons.
  3. Matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy are subject to the appropriate provisions of Polish and European law. Additional provisions regarding user privacy may be included on this website, regulating specific issues - they have priority over this Policy.
  4. The Administrator may periodically update this document by publishing new versions on the Service. Additionally, the Administrator may notify about changes to this Privacy Policy via email. Further use of the Service or further provision of personal data to the Administrator will be subject to the terms of the Privacy Policy in force at that time.
