2. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties by the Data Controller.
3. The personal data will be processed for the purpose of responding to the inquiry made in the form. It will be used for telephone and email contact related to the query. You have the right to access your data and correct it, request its deletion, limit its processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to its processing.
4. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to rodo@komanord.pl.
5. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (PUODO) if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation dated April 27, 2016.
6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide it will make it impossible to contact you regarding the response to your inquiry through the contact form.
7. Your personal data will not be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
